We can make changes if your order hasn't already been shipped, usually within 1-2 business days.

Where do you deliver to?
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, not at this stage. If you're happy to cover international shipping costs, email
us and we’ll see what we can do.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
When will my order be sent?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
How long will delivery take?
3–5 business days for metro areas. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I use a PO Box for delivery?
No. We only ship to physical addresses.
Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unsealed, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Do I need to cover return shipping?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return postage. We'll also deduct our original shipping cost from the refund.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us with your order number, item details, return reason, and any photos if relevant. We'll guide you from there.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a quick email with a description and clear photos of the damage and shipping label. We’ll sort it out quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Preorders

Changed your mind after preordering?
You have 3 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, preorders are final unless we're unable to fulfil your order.
Wondering if your preorder might be delayed?
Preorders may face unexpected production or shipping delays. We’ll keep you informed. Delays don't qualify for refunds beyond the 3-day grace period.
When will my preorder ship?
You’ll find an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page. We'll send tracking details once your order ships.
Why are preorders non-refundable?
Preorders help us plan small-batch production. Once confirmed, materials are allocated, and production begins.
Ordering in-stock and preorder items together?
We recommend placing separate orders. Combined orders will be sent when all items are ready.
